App is completely free.

How does this work?

Your request is sent to multiple providers in the area and they send estimate for your request. You get to choose the best you like.

Can I use this app for Multiple Vehicles?

Yes, in the website version, under Edit profile section there is an option to add multiple cars. While submitting request, you can select from your registered car.

Will my vehicle be picked up?

Yes and No. ULAFIX is an aggregator. We bring you multiple providers so you can ask this question when you send request via Description or before you choose your best via messaging.

What is Schedule date?

You can choose the day you want service done and time range. Provider will give you the exact time you can bring your car.

Do we need to confirm before going there?

NO. Your request is assigned to their calendar directly.

Will I get a lot of messages or SMS-es if I use ULAFIX?

The primary medium of delivering automated ULAFIX notifications to our members is email. We don't intend to flood your inbox with ULAFIX messages and therefore send SMS only for relevant messages that require your immediate attention.

As a Car Owner you will get SMS messages in following situations:
  1. For sending Activation Code during registration
  2. For sending OTP for Forgot Password request made through our mobile app
  3. When a Service Provider marks your Service Request as completed
As a Service Provider you will get SMS messages in following situations:
  1. For sending Activation Code during registration
  2. For sending OTP for Forgot Password request made through our mobile app
  3. When you are eligible for a New Service Request created by car owner
  4. When you are awarded a Service Request by car owner
  5. When a Parts Provider marks your Parts Request as completed
As a Parts Provider you will get SMS messages in following situations:
  1. For sending Activation Code during registration
  2. For sending OTP for Forgot Password request made through our mobile app
  3. When you are eligible for a New Parts Request created by Service Provider
  4. When you are awarded a Parts Request by Service Provider
What happens if I paid for service and provider did not perform the service or the shop was closed.

Please file a complaint using the form that you can open by clicking on Complaints link available on the left side menu upon login. We will resolve and refund ASAP.
